My thoracic curve is 50 degrees. I'm 15 and they just found out.... but my growth plates are almost sealed so I may get surgery.

@Scolo1234 srry if i offended u. but theres no reason to research anything if i have it. i do have three curves. the cervical curve tat is now down to 23, a left thoracic (sorry if i spelled it wrong) curve tat is now 18 and a lumbar curve tat is down to 32

hi i used to wear the Boston brace i had it for 6 years since i was 9 till 15 the difference was it had a window kinda thing for my left rib cause they were trying to get my spine go to the left but it did't work i had to get my spine fused when i was 15 it felt weird when i was free i got used to it now i'm 19 and in college i was told to write a paper on scoliosis i'm gonna try to find one of old braces just curious if my mom kept any

i have a boston brace. At first i was stuck wearing it 24 hours a day. It sorta sucked. Then i got some more opinions, now i only need to wear it 16 hrs a day/ but sometimees i slack, i shouldnnt. lol. So , really happy bout that. But im 12, so i gotta lot more growin, meaning a lot more bracing?(lol bad grammar)

@cohanpour yup ugh ya sadly tats wat it means. me 2 im 16 and i still have to swear my brace :( cuz im still growing. i think this is how it works
when u first start wearing it like first year : 23-24 hours
a while after... : start to slowly wear less but nothing more than 6 hours around tat off i think or mayb even a lil more! :) when its startin to stop growing but stil is
done growing: just wear it at night :)
