@kasraman The opposite is true since semantic equivalence does not bring new information.

@coosoorlog the constituent "supreme court" is semantically different from "a court which is supreme." it's not a fair comparison to "tribal sovereignty". "tribal sovereignty" is almost semantically the same as "the sovereignty of a tribe", so there is value in analyzing the relation between "tribe" and "sovereignty".

@kasraman "How do you think the role of Supreme Court will be relevant in 21st century" "Supreme Court is just that: It is supreme, and it is a court. So the relevance of the Supreme Court is the relevance of a court that is supreme."
-
@coosoorlog i am serious. obviously, i'm not a bush supporter, but i do think it's rude for people to laugh at someone whose trying to explain the political structure of a country.
-
@kasraman not sure if serious

@Machetazo1 Damn right my friend only brainless americans could put this burro estupido twice in the white house, lol
-
"tribal sovereignty means that, it's sovereign. you've been given sovereignty and you're viewed as a sovereign entity. therefore the relationship between the federal government and tribes is one between sovereign entities."
- perfectly normal statements which have meaning if you understand the significance of sovereignty. bush is too smart for these turds.
