Thom's right. The days of real news are long gone. TV "news" programs spend more time covering celebrities, sports, and "human interest" stories than hard news. Even when they do get around to hard news, they spin it rather than simply presenting the facts. News is supposed to be about who, what, where, when, why, and how. It's supposed to be objective, not subjective. Advertisers should not be allowed to influence content, but they do. Ethics seems to be a thing of the past.
the news died since there has been secret governments, cover ups, satanic worshippers in charge, & people evolved into couch potato video game playing atheists who believe that retirement from life is possible while they try to tell you who to vote for next to run "satan's system"
I don't believe in satans system ever working & refraim from participating in it.

Typical TV 'interview':
Host/'Journalist': relevant question.
Guest: prepared talking point.
Host: moves on to next question as if the relevant question has been answered and lends credence to the talking point by his/her non- reponse/silence.
-cycle continues until 'interview' is done-
Break for commercial from Lockheed Martin.
I'll be over at Comedy Central listening to Jon Stewart and Comapny.
