@help8help Nope. Waterjet is quite efficient in this. Cutting hot pizza automatically is too difficult, so you have to cut it when it's frosted. You can't use a laser because the material is just not suited. You cannot use conventional tools because of hygiene. Actually waterjet is the best solution: it's fast, hygienic, reliable, easily automated, and for the reason above, inexpensive.

Why cut pizza with a water jet?
This seems to be an awfully expensive way to accomplish an easy task.
