This video is intend to show the difference between the traditional Sushi and the nontraditional one. The Sushi that I am making here is just base on my taste and actually my customize roll. There are a whole bunch of "Nontraditional Sushi" here, since American feel yippee on those raw stuff, that is why we come out with "inside out" meaning the "seaweed" paper aka "Nori" are placed inside so that people won't see it. It was the idea of a Japanese Chef that tried to put a business here at US, but he found it so hard because of the Nori. Then, he come out with a beautiful idea which is hiding the Nori inside the roll, then that is the time that "California Roll" was born after the California State of USA.

Tell me how did you found out this video or if you have some more questions just leave a comments and I will get you back. Here is my email address nathaniel_garingo@sbcglobal.net

Have fun, hope that you will find this video interesting, helpful and enjoyable!

Regards,
Nate
