  • @neonjunior69 No you are stupid. At least spell correctly when your trying to prove a point. People like you make me laugh because you have nothing better to do then sit behind a laptop, make fart noises and bash on peoples facts.

  • @kyussfan6 you are stupid. their is a time signature in softwares lol u can choose to be 4/4 3/3 and etc. and no notes? it has a full key board so u can choose with notes u want to play . And if ur saying its not music notes it is mabe its not on a music paper like u read but its written in a software , and u can actually hear .

  • @kyussfan6 Hell i don't listen to skrillex either, only came here to see what Massive was like.. when i listen to dubstep i get a good feeling, cause i genuinely love the music i listen to. melodic dubstep, not farting noises.

i'm not saying by any means dubstep has MORE feeling than rock/metal, i'm just saying it's not completely emotionless.

because i listen to metal and there's a whole bunch of emotions coming from it then. you get me?

  • @PhilM284 I listen to dubstep. I dont know how to feel when I listen to it (not skrillex, real dubstep)

  • @kyussfan6 The funny thing is I already know and LOVE all of those songs :L but it's a DIFFERENT emotion, dubstep creates an atmosphere and feeling, and metal creates a different feeling. Admittedly, metal and rock create a STRONGER, more emotion feeling :L but each creates their individual feeling.

  • @Chryner I am not talking about Midi files or any synth made music at all. That is an instrument that can be plugged into any amp. I prefer my Fender 300-watt block bass amp. But that was not used in the vid, so therefore it has nothing to do with what i am talking about so YOUR "argument" is invalid.

  • @kyussfan6 You can make chords with a computer and a midi keyboard aswell. Your argument is invalid.

  • @Asphyzio Yeah but a computer is not an instrument at all. That wasnt its main intention when it was created. Not like a guitar, sax, piano, etc.. But yes. It is sounds. Not music. Music needs notes, it needs a time signature, it needs elements for it to be real. Take a building for example. If you dont have the structure and the foundation to make that building, It will not stand. Same apples to music. For it to be real music, it needs music elements. I havent heard the word "staff" on this vid

  • @kyussfan6 I'm a saxophonist, and I disagree with your stance. Just because I person is playing an instrument doesn't put emotion there. There are plenty of examples of purely mechanical players. When producing at a computer, it's the producer's job to arrange the sounds in a way that evokes an emotion despite the fact that he made them with his computer.

  • @PhilM284 Aye >.< it is a computer voice it is not a human voice xD theres no emotion. I'm into all metal. Listen to these songs from these bands with emotion:

    Type O Negative: September Sun

    Sonata Arctica: Broken

    Pantera: 5 Minutes Alone

    Sonata Arctica: The Misery

listen to that and tell me dubstep has emotion.
