I've read online somewhere recently that Ninja 250's are good for EV conversions because they're lighter than most other bikes. Do you know if that's true or not?

dang this is amazing! I would love to attempt something like this on my 250, but I need it to go at least 80mph.. I would definitely do this if all I used it for was driving around town.

Whats the range with the new 60 ah batteriea from china and how much did u pay

I keep waiting for a gearchange!!! I guess a gearbox would create too much drag to be worthwhile, Nice looking conversion well done

@PktMma Yes, because of the resistance of air, the relationship of speed and power required is not linear. 50 mph uses 50 amps...100 mph used 175 amps.

@drz4000 You nmean that adding a second, higher gear would consume more electricity?

what is the top speed

I didn't do it for mpg....even though it gets the equivelent of 400 mpg. I did it for fun. I have a YZ6 and Z400....luv gasers too.
