That ring was is own character, it started with the dude who owned the corner store where chris killed that civilian and blamed it on omar, Marlo took it off the corner store dude, Omar took it from Marlo, The crooked cop took it off Omar, and Michael took it off the cop. It was like lord of the rings....I think someone put a clip together showing how many times that ring changed hands on the wire....Great symbolizim
