Excellent guitar work by W.G. Snuffy Walden. Even though the movie deviates alot from the book in some places (1 example - Rita Blakemoor is omitted from the movie) It's still an awesome movie and I've watched it many times :)

No, It isn't featured in any other version of "Fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult because the guitarr pluck was created for the movie.

I don't think that guitarr is part of (Don't) Fear The Reaper. That song follows soon after this part though.
