@VandalayIndustries82 it really depends on what happens during your terrifying experience though. If you imagine the devil in your room, of course you are lead to believe its supernatural. If you see a hand coming out of a vent (lol like me) then you think its psychological.

@MrKrumpmaster I don't doubt it. I had night terrors as a kid where I'd wake up more viscerally terrified than I've ever been in my life, and not even know what I was actually afraid of. My point is that, contrary to what this video would have you believe, there is no reason to think there is anything supernatural about this phenomenon.

I dont know but my girlfriend might have this she told me she hates sleeping cause she always gets nightmares. She also says she sets alarms to purposely wake herself up. Do you think she might have this she only gave me those details the last time we hung out, or is she just psychotic(yet hot) ik she has depression

in my life i've experenced 2 sleep paralysis and thats why i serched it up because i thought maybe my house was haunted but now i think it only happen's when i get really bad gussbumps when i start to feel that i quickly get up and stay awake because i know if i try to go back to sleep it will happen again

This isn't a documentary. It was produced to make money on entertainment, not information. They're trying to make something spooky out of something that isn't spooky at all.
