@Hamtaahk Strongly disagreed. I'd say the exactly opposite thing. The studio album is the most intense one, with all of its excesses and energy.

Magma is kind of a drug. I never was fan of Magma, but I "hooked" on this song after 5-6 spins, so I coulndt stop to listen it over and over again for the rest of the day :-)

I absolutely adore progressive rock...but this. This is too much.

I wouldn't undermine the quality of this piece which I absolutely love, but still, I can't help but think that the studio album is a bit lacking, compared with the performance in the Trilogie au Trianon, or the version of MDK in Retrospektiw II ... I'd strongly recommend checking those out if you like this one.
