I always wanted to go to New Zealand; and I've always been interested in their culture; quite similar to mine in Canada! :) Once again; amazing art!

I am a fine arts major and most of my paintings are that of portraits as well. I don't think I can come close to comparing to your work especially your use of color, its incredible, and well I'm color shy. I was just wondering do you work off a photo and then do you on style to it? Also what brush would you recommend for painting the hair or eyelashes?
