For 2008 they've updated the weight allowing the board to stay with you easier in the air and stiffened the snap for even more control and response. this skate is amazing it rides so smooth...kinda hard to do kickflips because of the weight, but easy wake to wake... great for begginer to intermediate... i recently moved to OAK those are great to, but its more for advanced riders
