  • @hasrinor Sorry for taking so long to reply, For some reason I am unable to add the link to the recipe on my blog. Please click on my profile and follow the link from there to my blog and it's under May 2009 archive. I've omitted bunga kantan(torch ginger bud) as I can't get it here but if you can chop some up for garnish and use the balance in the broth for added flavor and aroma. Enjoy!

    anyway the mackerel family (spanish, snake, sail etc) is quite easy to get all over the world.... might be not popular with the locals which make them super cheap and abundant like where im at right now.
