Maximizer and RIM (the makers of BlackBerry) have been advocating Mobile CRM on smartphones and hand-held devices for some time. But is it just technology looking for a problem to solve? Or a practical application which provides business benefits?

At Collier Pickard we decided to find out the answer by implementing Maximizer on BlackBerry known as MaxMobile for ourselves. We have built a practical knowledge of what works and what doesnt in Mobile CRM as a result.
