Take a government program or agency.

cut it's funding, put incompetants in charge

When the program or agency breaks, say how this is another example of how government doesn't work.

Then sell off those services to private companies that will do it for twice the cost.

It's good for promoting deregulation too.

Maybe people who's foundation of thinking is that government can't be made to work right should not be put in charge of making sure that government works right. Just a thought.
