Sorry, Susan Boyle - Helen Sjöholm is just far better!

@susanboylefan91 If there is anyone in the world that can relate to this song it's Helen. She has portrayed the character Kristina (who sings this song in the musical) over 400 times. So I would say that she knows exactly what the song is about, and that she can realte to whatever feeling there is in the song. But that's only my opinion.

Even if you don´t understand swedish you ought to listen to the original version in swedish with Helen Sjöholm, it´s the best version of all.. It´s the second one at the right: Du maste finnas- Helen Sjoholm

I simply love this woman. Everything she does seems to be turned to gold, honey or something else that's lovley, and my ears are loving it!
When I heard that Susan Boyle were going to sing this song on her new CD I was at first a bit sad, because I think (like many other) that this song is made for Helen. But now, when I've heard Susans version of this masterpiece, I'm glad she did a cover. Because it simply shows us that this song is made for Helen, and no one else!

@HappyColouredMarbles couldn't agree more

@susanboylefan91 I don't know much about Helen, but whose to say she hadn't had tough times as well? And even if she hadn't, it's about performance and voice and I stand by what I said before. Helen is far more interesting performer and has a voice far more suited to this song than Susan Boyle.

@HappyColouredMarbles I beg to differ. Sorry, this version doesn't have the emotion and give me the goosebumps. Susan has experienced tough times in life and can relate to this song.

Susan have to limited some words! TV show had to limited time. Sorry you wrong! HS singing very weak! Susan singing voice more powerful!
I just watched both performances.. Susan's version was bigger in every way imaginable and yet poor Miss Boyle appeared out of place. She was dull her lips moved but the rest of her face, body and those hands Lifeless. Your goosebumps came frm the musical arrangement NOT MsBoyle.Whereas Helen's version(the obviousoriginal) had depth and richness, pertly because she sang ALL the right notes in the right range. Susan nervously sang Helen triumphantly PERFORMED this number.Is Anderssonthe composer
