1) When a customer asks for 40 timbits, doesn't specify which ones, and I assume assorted... they WATCH me put the timbits in the box, and then when I'm done they say "Oh...I only wanted chocolate and honey dip" ... same goes for sandwiches and bagels with regards to what goes on them.

2) Saying "umm, can I have a straw for my iced capp?" Yeah, if you would have waited 1/8th of a second I would have given you one.

3) Take tens in drive thru = BIG NO NO!!!!!

#2 Happens to me a lot if I don't give them the straw first.

I absolutely agree with #3 - I think people that want take tens should place an order for a specific time so that they don't catch us understaffed and in a rush.

My worst experience was someone that ordered over $100 worth of sandwiches at the drive thru, when we were on our last hour of drive-thru times. Then that same person drove through before we could repeat their order back. Then I cut my hand,

- At the drive thru ``I`LL HAVE 6 EXTRA LARGE COFFEES EACH WITH 9 SUGARS, WELL STIRRED, AND 6 BAGLES`.`

- People lie in attempt to get free stuff, people have falsely claimed to have coffee thrown at them,This one woman complained saying that the girls on DT were fooling around and laughing when she got the wrong Timbits. When in reality there was only one girl on the DT and the others were in different parts of the store cleaning.

This actually happened to my friend while we were both on drive-thru.

Customer: I'll have a large iced capp with extra java and a large double double.

Friend: Alright! And you wanted that iced capp with extra java? *just to confirm*

Customer: Yeah, it's the stuff that comes out of the machine.

Um, okay? We know what java is...we were just confirming your order. Don't bite our heads off, please :)

Lady: medium double double NO SUGAR

Me: SO umm... a medium 2 cream?

Lady: NO! I said a medium double double with NO SUGAR!!!!!

Me: Well, a double double has 2 creams and 2 sugars

Lady: Oh my GOD, NO! NO SUGAR!!!!!!!!

Me: WELL THEN THAT ISN'T A DOUBLE DOUBLE!

When people in the drive thru reach into the window and grab things they think is theirs. When people come in after midnight and complain because there aren't any good donuts left. People who pronounce danish "dannish". When people try to give you their garbage through the drive thru window. People who ask for fresh coffee. "Can I get an extra large 2n3." "okay, two of what and three of what?" *scoffs* "two. SUGAR. three. CREAM."
