This is a segment of a show played at the Pink Door on Nov. 07, 2007 in Louisville, KY.
Nathan Salsburg invited Will Oldham to sing Dave Van Ronk's version of "Tell Old Bill" with him. Nathan was opening up for Barbez (Brooklyn) and Parlour (Louisville).

oldham definitely isn't that well known here in louisville outside music circles. i'd imagine he has more fame elsewhere, despite this being his home town.
i was actually tending bar (not too long ago, to answer the question) during this performance. when he stepped up, i told my girlfriend to pay attention because i think will's very talented. she asked how i knew and i told her "because he's world famous".
