  • IN WEEK 3 I GAINED 6 POUNDS OF.......MUCLE!!!! HAHAHA well i really dont know. but im super man.

  • that papa murphy's delite pizza is so good! I had a couple slices for my nephew's birthday, it has lots of good stuff on it like spinach, artichokes, lowfat cheese and thin crust. It's not the worst thing, but it should be seen as a once in a GREAT while thing.

  • Yeah man! Another Rangers fan!!! (although I havent been following in the past few years). I'm glad you got out of doing that extra ab ripper X! I agree with you, I havent been nored with the program yet either, and yes.. as funny as it sounds, Yoga is one of the toughest workouts. How are you liking Core Syn? Thats a fun workout. (whoops my ass though!)
