  • I never seen the English patient, but sack lunch looks like crap.

  • I love this, I recently watched this movie and I totally agree with Elaine!!

  • "Don't you want to know how they got in there?" YES AND I STILL DO.

  • My reaction to Twilight after seeing it online. "It sucked."

  • I haven't seen the English Patient and it doesn't really intrigue me. However, I'm genuinely interested in what Sack Lunch might have to offer.

I hate the Oscars my friend, I know what goes on in the movie industry and who controls it. I agree with you, but this particular movie was actually made to irk Hollywood and those who think they are can control everything, and it was the efforts of several foreign countries. Hollywood hated S. Sanz b/c he never wanted to be controlled by the bunch there! The bunch who hated Brando, hate Gibson, De Nero, and Pacino and others who disagree with them.

  • @steppingrock I will give you this: It was a very well made film, with high production values, and good technical execution.

  • @steppingrock And they could have done better, as well--like not making the movie in the first place. lol Sad that you think the Oscars is some absolute, unerring arbiter of taste. You really should check out some of the mini 'docs' on the corruption of the Oscar nomination/voting 'process'. It is rife with politics. Roger Ebert stopped giving it any credence way back in 1968, when he saw what it was really about. The Golden Globes are just as much, if not more corrupt, and without real merit

I guess winning 9 oscars was a bunch of bull, but then again they have done worse!

  • @keeyaikeeyai But it's so much funnier that it isn't.
