thanks CMT...I will be redoing this whole series..not because I need to, but because the '09 update vids show a slightly redesigned press. Same Micro-tuners but I want to show ALL vids with the exact equipment I now am making for people. I want everything to match up. Glad people are enjoying these! I get sales and am happy to build for people. But it makes me feel just as good if somebody just learned something that saves them time or money. Many charging WAY too much for SP equipment !

I have a LOT that I still want to show! Just be sure to practice and use the right supplies. Example: many assume that using water based inks will be the easiest and IT IS NOT! Heat cure plastisols are the easiest inks to use and will outlast and look better than water based. Art store purchased WB inks are even worse! Make sure you get your SP supplies at a REAL screen printi supply company. Art stores carry the worst inks/screens/squeegees most often. Have fun learning and stay tuned! (:

I've built over 3000 screen frames in every method. Honestly, it is a better deal to buy a good wooden prestretched frame. I do stretch for myself but it is tricky to get it right if you are not practiced at AND have a correct screen tensioning system. When you buy a prestretched, you will get a better /longer lasting item than what you can stretch on your own(without correct tools or experience). stay away from corded or stapeled mesh frames. glued mesh is the way to go.
