Hey Jude -- Audtion form, 16 full bars! w/ lyrics!

Hi guys! It's been a while since I made a video, so I decided to go ahead and help other people out who needed this type of thing.
Hey Jude is my audition song, and for most people who aren't singers, splitting a song up into the 16 bars that is normally requested by places can be a confusing and difficult process.
So, with the help of a friend, I got an instrumental (THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL ACCOMPANIMENT! But to my knowledge, most places will accept this.) and cut sixteen bars, and added lyrics, so you, too, can have an easy audition!
Warning, this is really, really crude, and I originally made it for myself. It's very plain and there's nothing too special about it.(:
