Sony Vegas Tutorial || black part between two clips

so, Bensonliv asked me how i did this black part between two clips and i explained it to her, but sadly she deleted it and so i though, why not make a tutorial. well, i was a little bit bored while making this tutorial and i was speaking quiet because of my parents xD
