@BawlsAndWeiners The "White staff" is called Hrormir's Ice staff, you can only obtain it by completing the mages guild questline which is very long but mostly easy so long as you aren't new at the game

when i first played(6/27/11) i got so lost in side missions that i never gave jaufre the amulet. i didnt like my character so i made i mage today(7/1/11) and so far im liking it. any tips?
