It's region free for xbox 360, but you will have to import it from Japan. It's on platinum release right now so it costs about 35 U.S. dollars, a hell of a bargain.

@MrPafleouf They have a region-free port of this for Xbox 360 that you can buy online.

To get the Black Label version of this game which is shown in this video, you'll need to download it off Xbox live for 1200 points after getting the game
