Sorry for naive question..after making the tube...why did you need to use the "Fit Spline" command? What purpose does it fulfill? Please help.

I have used "Tools" menu and "Fit Spline" command. After saving and closing the drawing. I had to add one more fillet to my pipe. How do I add a fillet after using "Fit Spline". Thanks in advance!
