WSL is a legend. William Cheung is a living legend. I'm sure WSL would have said 'don't do as i do...do what I say (in other words 'don't try this at home')'. Can do without seeing WSL on youtube and without seeing William Cheung rubbished.

Too bad this dummy form is not even close to the original form from Yip man himself

i think he shows it slowly and very clearly stopping between motions so it's easy to follow and see correct posture from the video for any students learning the dummy form

I'm a Brit who has lived in Taiwan for eight years, i started learning from Ip Man's nephew and as a total novice was not impressed at all. I now study Gary Lam/ Wongs lineage and the difference is totally different. Westerners here hear the name Ip man and are sold already and are not willing to open their eyes!
All that shines is not gold, just look at wong's students all of whom are top notch!

This is cool. I do Ip Ching WC & it's interesting to see how WSL does the dummy form. It's basically the same; the differences are minor and superficial, but essentially he's doing the same stuff I was taught. It's nice to see the continuity between the lineages - it means my instructors arent just making stuff up - it all comes from WC as taught by Ip Man.
Compare this vid to con-man William Cheung's dummy form. I feel sorry for Cheung's students - they're missing out on the real deal.

Mofotox, you are right - according to the , let's say the 'legend', WSL implemented many modifications in the WC training and this modifications were previously discussed with Ip Man. Regarding the true to the art, well I think the principles are the most important, the movements or tehnics are secondary. As WSL use to say:be a master of the art, not its slave.
