in the video you said fill with water, well like your idea, but if you are worried bout mounting it in a ps3 or something like that replace the water with minewral oil and make sure the mineral oil is clear and make sure its 100% minewral oil, cause mineral oil doesnt conduct electricity so it wuldnt short out whatever you build it in , hope this helps XD
