Hey There !! ;) Happy New Year ...so one month huh? Are ya smiling ? You should be!! Now ...what? You are only just starting the rest of your life free and normal without those evil narcotics controlling you..it gets better from now..3 weeks one month after becoming an ex-smoker is your freedom ticket...no need to go back to prison..what for? To only want to escape again?
I am very happy for you.Just be subconsciously aware that the traps are always laid out..just walk past.step over and smile.

Hi Anthony, thank you for your reply, I didnt know one could do a such thing on you tube! Answering your question, I wanted a cigarette because i felt that I could have just one to remember the taste and not be hooked, silly I know cos it does create regret and pain! Wow Anthony you are amazing matey! Thank you I WILL kill the beast.
Hey man, i wanted to thank you. ive gone 6 days 45 minutes ago. Thats just about my all time record. ive found your videos more effective than the allen carr book or nicotine replacement therapy.

My quit date was 9 weeks ago. Trouble is that when you get to this stage of a quit you tend to become complacent, and think to yourself, I don't need a cigarette but I want one! Due to this I have fallen off the wagon several times only to get back on the following day and not smoke again for up to now 3 days. Thank you Anthony I was waiting for a new video from you matey you give me strength.

Allark1 Thanks for the comment.
Just a straight forward question to you...
Why did you want a cigarette?
Just remember that to stop smoking you have to stop smoking...but is it for good ...or is it for a few days.
Complacency is what creates regret- Regret creates anger and anger creates pain.
When you feel like you want a smoke then its obviuos you havent killed the monster. Kill him b4 he does you. Dont be trapped ever again.
Be in Control 24-7 until you know he is dead.
