How can I forgive someone who wronged me? - Tim Conway

Question: Christ tells us to love one another as he loved us. How can we love people like that if they hurt us, how do we bring ourselves to forgive people that do us so badly? When every time you see that person, it just hurts inside of you.

The answer to forgivenness is a proper understanding of love in context of God's omnipotence (ie predestination) - since God is the allmighty one, necessarily predestining everything, forgivenness of a person's sins comes easier having understood God is the one who predestined it.

My Christian friend told me that Evolution was not a scientific fact , when it clearly is.

He is not a scientist and I am . Should I forgive him for his ignorance ? Or lack of humility? or his betrayal of his fellow man by rejecting our precious learning in favour of religious dogma that has no evidence? Difficult question , but I felt t he best way was to lock him in the cellar with a book about DNA Homology until he was wiser. Was I wrong ?

I believe the only thing she could do is become more like Christ and then will she have a heart to forgive as YAHUSHUA (Jesus) wants her to. Only YAHUSHUA was able to forgive HIS persecutors while being crucified. So as she conforms into the image of YAHUSHUA, HE gives her HIS heart.
