Heyo Cassey! Love the new pilates banner ;D Just a quick request for some INTENSE stretching exercises and leg exercises. It's reached the point where I am simply not sore the next day no matter how much work I do on my legs xD Appreciate it :D xx

It would be a shame if you did not burn off your body fat when other average people are able to so easily by using Madax Fat Blast (Google it).

If your desire is to melt fat, make sure to take a look on Google for "PAFF Fat Furnace". You are going to achieve the appearance you should have.

day 29 finished!! omg, i can't believe i made it this far. i remember when i just started the april challenge, i was struggling and i wanted to quit. But i still kept going because of Cassey. Its weird. i actually enjoy sweating and feeling the pain on my body. Even though i gained weight, i can feel my abs forming. i can almost see the two lines forming on my stomach^o^
