@ippiman Chris cornell never sounded as good in studio as he does live, 'cept maybe in late 80's and early 90's, but most of live versions he sounds like sh*t

c'mon guys, either you like them or you don't... liking a band is like a relationship. there are negatives, and there a certainly positives :) how do you expect chris to sound exactly the same over 20 years later?

He's up there for most of us. Every singer has sub-par performances but I've seen a lot of great stuff from him in these latter days. I think you do him an injustice by acting like he's done and can't sing this stuff anymore.

totally true, but I don't know if you had a chance to see them live, watch Thayil rip that guitar, watch Ben jump around, watch Matt not watching what he does, watch Chris sing his ass off.......
I never did......the only single reason for reunion for me is seeing them......and then go kill my self or something...... :D
But I also think Chris mocks Soundgarden, or his own music with that Timbaland shit......can't really believe he likes it though, but can't say I dislike him for that!
