I hope that Subaru went to Subaru heaven. (Sob)... but I am glad that the crash test worked.

My wife has a 2004 Forester, I have been thinking of what to get when my car is replaced, I thought about another older forester, but after seeing this video, it will be a 2009 or new Forester for sure.
I commute a lot and deal with all kinds of weather.
I want to live, also I would like to survive, the Forester will help me do that. (along with not driving like a maniac, that helps too)

Noooo.. :( she had nav in her that would of never been used :( oh well great job suby! They are amazing cars I always feel safe driving my outback..

The door flexed a bit but the frame didn't budge.

the front did a very good job absorbing all the shock
nothing was transfered beyond the firewall.

I am amazed, driving this one , I'm pleased to see what it does, when sh*t happens.
The impact isn't verry realistic, but gives a good idea how strong the car is, and how the design of the car helps absorbe the impact!

This crash test it's not really effected because the car is hitting a flat wall like the other crash test companies it's like between the front car so it will effect how the car car respond t it's safety.
