  • @madskilz156 What?! Are you retarded! His abs are very strong. Just because there's fat around that area doesn't mean he has no abs... Please stop watching Jersey Shore and learn what real fitness is. You have to do cardio to trim the fat around the stomach, not crunches..

  • @madskilz156 You're a moron. His abs are probably stronger than yours ever will be. Also, if you're talking about losing fat around his abs then you obviously know nothing about weight training, powerlifting and/or fitness in general if you actually think doing ab work will make fat in that area just disappear.

  • anyone know how much weight the bars these guys use can take before they break? they always seem so close is these videos.

  • This man is a fucking monster.

  • In no way is Drago better. He get's knocked out. And his muscles are juiced with synthol! YOUR ARGUMENT IS INVALID. hahaha but russians are pretty beast

  • HOLY CRAP! i thought you were only doing a single... :O

  • @canitasteyou321 Going below parallel is safer on the knees than stopping at parallel. Look it up.

  • @anhisking very true indeed

  • @TheDannyddd its ironic cos in olympic lifting u need POWER!! whereas in POWERlifting its more raw strength than power lol

  • @MrMorry27 Squats are accessory lifts both in strength and movement. A front squat translates to the movement of a clean, while a back squat translate to the movement of a snatch.

  • @Inspireftw *cough* You mean eat at a caloric deficit *cough*.

  • thanks for telling me, its so true that raw strength does not translate into better olympic lifts, ive read about that in a powerlifting magazine. thanks for confirming that. for example i have a friend who is a much better olympic lifter than I am, but when it comes to raw brute strength i surpass him by far.
