Plus, whats the point of glitching to level 30? Takes every form of reward or accomplishment away and makes it useless to even keep playing the game. Shame on you. Dont follow the glitch people.

charisma 1 lol ye u can easlay upgrade speech and barter these special skills say almost nothing if u upgrade those skills later in the game there 100 anyway or how mutch ever u invested in it !

Simple MY WAY put int-9 luck-4 strength-7 thats all make sure to have broken steel and use daddys boy and gun nut all the way

You don't really even need to put point into explosives for the bomb you guys. If your perception is at least 4, if you put on the glasses and use mentats which you can get from the Vault, you can disarm it as soon as you walk in the town.
