Nice try. I hold hand pads for elite boxers, every day, and I've seen some fast hands. A couple of middle aged karate guys with that kind of hand speed?? Not. Someone figured out the fast forward function on this video.

@houseofKenpoKarate You read my comment too fast. 1. I was complimenting you at the same time addressing one of the responders who said in HIS three years of training he would never use a duck. (kenpotraining3) 2. When and where did it look like I even hinted towards all Kenpo being ridiculous and useless? And 3. Right where it says AND as far as the REST of the Kenpo masters was the hint it wasn't directed at you. Somethings are right on the surface. Just wanted to clear the air. /0
