I have this alienware and it works great its very portable i take it to friends houses and at home i plug it up to an external monitor and use external mouse and keyboar...my only complaint is that it gets a little hot after playing a demanding game or rendering videos on after effects but i will run anything that i throw at it like gta cod black ops mw3 fable3 skyrim minecraft saints row3 l4d2 prototype mafia2 fallout 3 and newvegas it rapes on world of warcraft it will play every game i think

@TheGuyWhoLikesF1 I have the second gen version of this laptop, and while it runs at a stock speed of 1ghz and a powerboost of 1.8ghz, it can happliy play BC2 on high settings. Games these days require more on the video card, and the GT335m handles most well, modern releases (late 2011/early2012) might be only able to play on med settings and crysis on meduim too, but others run very well :-)

I don't understand (noob) why does it have 1.73ghz and most good games require around the 2.4-3ghz mark?? Wouldn't it play good games really slowly??
