This is how i clean my catfish. It's way easier than skinning. I did cut out the back straps on this one too (not shown). I do not keep the belly meat, but you certainly can. I soak the fillets in salted water in the fridge for a few hours or over night then fry or freeze.... Removes the blood and such and firms the fish. Enjoy.
