***NOTE*** Photoshop does not MAKE Luna evil. NOR am I saying Luna would be better if she were "evil" but I am showing you what I can do with Photoshop. Stop turning /me/ into the bad guy, hahaha, that was not my intention with this video. ^_^; This video was made using Photoshop 7 and was sped up using Windows Movie Maker.
This time someone asked me to make this charming young lady into a darker girl. So I tried it.
This is Evanna Lynch, an actress who plays Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter films.
Don't get any wrong ideas, I love this character, heheh.
The song is Kill the Lights by the Birthday Massacre.

HEY, I like the.editing, but I thought that to make her look even more like a badgirl her eyes should be more cateye kinda, but I enjoyed the video. Keep up the good work
