There is not a cure for IC so basically when you are diagnosed you deal with it, it is not a death sentence, there are many other diseases far worse than IC

I have IC and had surgery as my urethra closed up completely! I've had IC for 25 yrs. I don't know if some of you are overweight or what but it sounds like IC is a good excuse not to exercise, I mean I hate exercising just like the next person, but i can certainly get off the floor and I have had 6 spinal surgeries! The mind is a very powerful thing, I think if you stay positive and remove the negatives from your life you will have a much more enriched life. Perhaps Pain Mgmt Therapy helps.

I am so glad I found this. I'm a newly diagnosed IC patient and I haven't been able to do much exercisewise for over a year. I'm going to order this dvd ASAP.

This is FANTASTIC. I have found that even though I am in a full blown flare, if I can just make myself exercise no matter how minimal, it helps. Thank you for providing this valuable information.
Sincerely,

How exciting! Thanks so much for making this video. I was a very active (running, dance, weights etc.) before I was diagnosed with IC last summer and it has been really hard for me to find less vigorous ways to excercize. Can't wait to try it.

Thanks! Some additional features are in this video for those unable to get up and down from the floor due to pain. 1)There is a series of exercises done from a seated position in a chair call the Rough Day Revitalizer. 2)If you are trying the exercises on the floor, instructions are given to sit on a folded towel for added support when sitting is difficult due to pain. 3)An onscreen prompt appears alerting the user of more advanced exercises allowing them to "skip" over them if needed.

I was feeling confident until I saw you sitting cross legged. Anyone with sympsis pubis issues couldn't even get that far! Well done for giving consideration to those of us with pelvic pain though. Great idea.
