  • Very helpful tutorial. I would have been lost without it. Thanks!

  • Glad it was of help

  • thanks for the great video.... I had thought that the PC was one of those who had the panel on the back, and there looked like there was on there, but it was too small. I was about to RMA the memory back to the vendor when I discovered your demo..........what a live saver...........Thanks for the great work

  • glad it helped.

  • Hi

Is this the same sort of opening method i would need to put a wireless card inside?

  • It depends on your laptop. If it is the same model as this one, I do not believe there is an internal slot for a wireless card. What I use to connect to the internet/network with that laptop is a Wireless PCMCIA Network Card. It simply slide in a slot usually found on the side of almost all laptops. (very easy install)

  • Hi I just tried putting an extra 1gb in my nc6000 and it wont have it

  • you are a diamond very very helpfull

  • is my same notebook ! xD

  • Thanks for the video, it was a life-saver while working on a friend's nc6000! By the way, if there is a wireless card, as in the one I'm working on, it will be a under a panel on the bottom that looks like a memory panel.

  • thanks alot :) just used it to get the keyboard off. it wasn't too lengthy and helped me get right to where i needed to get

  • I have just bought one of these, they are old BUT heres how to make it much faster:

Solder two pins on ICS chip ->this increases board from 100FSB to 133FSB. Upgrade processor to 1.8GHz. It will now run at 2.4GHz and is comparable to entry level dual-cores!!!

  • Exactly what I was looking for :-)

  • Thank you!!!! nice video!!!

  • thank you
