I bet few of these posters were alive during the first “alternative energy” boom of the 70s. During that era, after the oil crisis, every dimwitted idealist had a plan to make alternative energy. That was when almost all of the current crop of pie-in-the-sky technologies were developed. If they were practical, they would still be in use. They weren’t, and they aren’t. The Green's plan relies on subsidies/Carbon Tax. Alternatives must work without subsidies!

@MRMILO57 Hi, Thanks! I have been doing my own research and discovered some very frightening stuff about who is behind the Greens, they truly are just puppets for big business! Have you noticed too, that this is why all the big merchant banks have gone "green" ? They would not do this unless they can make big bucks out of Carbon Trading!

But now it's being revealed, I like it!

Last year, some green activists in the Australiana media (especially ABC) said ' the liberals are dinosaurs, on the verge of exstinction'.

Well how wrong of statement has that turned out to be, personally, we are on the verge of a big swing back to Liberalism, people are feed up with all this climate change muck, being told how to live their life etc..

The industry watchdog, The ACCC has said “Companies operating in the carbon credit market need to be on alert: the ACCC is closely monitoring this industry sector, and if you are making representations that you cannot substantiate, we will take action to ensure your compliance with the act,”

The ACCC has also noted that complaints about about misleading green advertising have risen from none two years ago to about 500 since early 2008.

Carbon Fraud Revealed Down Under

Prime Carbon, an Australian producer and seller of carbon credits, has been making misleading claims on its Web site and in other marketing materials.Between July and December of 2008 Prime Carbon also made false claims about the National Environment Registry, including saying that the registry was regulated by the federal government, which it is not. Prime Carbon also falsely asserted that the registry was aligned with the Chicago Environment Registry.

I am also certain the only reason the Greens are urgently seeking a great big tax on harmless Carbon Dioxide is so they can personally benefit from trading in carbon credits! The Greens pretend to care for the environment. Google -Green Carbon Fraud - you will see why they are pushing this so much! I wonder too if Larissa Waters has any vested interests in any form of carbon trading? Goldman Sachs Merchant bank are the main group behind Al Gore!
