I love how in Finnish "karvapallo" sounds adorable but in English "hairy ball" sounds dirty, despite the fact that they're theoretically the same thing...

In Russian it's called "theorem about hedgehog combing". I like that name a lot more than "hairy balls", because it doesn't cause immature comments (AFAIK)
