First off we camed to inner city to have fun get good workout from some games this is not best competition we play. We played and1, ball4real, in leagues in city. obviously u havent watched are other 90 videos on youtube im 6"4 225 in gym so playin physical is nothin man. Ba played d-1 ball Missouri state. yo first of all goood shit bro you werent just fucking dunking it you were throwing it down with some authority...and second got any tips for me....im 6'5 still pretty skinny though cause im only 16 so ima about 180lbs but i can throw it down with ease off of two feet but i just need some help improving my one foot jump cause like i mean i can dunk off of like a 2 or 3 step but when it comes to transition im having some trouble
