Official World of Warcraft Movie by Sam Raimi

They've just announced that plans are underway to make a Movie based on WoW. This may not be news to some, but it is to me.
It'll be directed by Sam Raimi maker of the Spiderman Trilogy as well as Evil Dead, 30 Days of Night and most recently Drag Me to Hell
Charles Roven (The Dark Knight, 12 Monkeys) is to be the producer

FYI, they NEVER said it was 3D. Really the only thing they did say was the fail raimi is directing this failure of a movie. The story they are using is crap, the way the portray the alliance and horde in the movie will be crap. This movie will fail just as hard as transformers 1 and 2

That's a very real possibility that the movie will suck. I never said the film would be in 3-D. dufrain29 did. Wheather or not Raimi is fail is totally a matter of opinion. If all they've said is that Raimi is directing, then how do you know what the story they're gonna use is or how the factions will be portayed?

yeah i really thought that too, that i was expecting maybe a cinematic 3d film and it really woulndt bother me if this just came out like on dvd and not really in theathers i woulndt care just as long as its a movie based on the game showing the storylines and stuff i would still enjoy that but things like live action and real actors and stuff is way better lol.i just hope they will succed in this
