From her interview with Charlie Gibson. Not only has Sarah Palin never heard of the Bush Doctrine, but also consider this:

doctrine - n. a particular principle, position, or policy taught or advocated, as of a religion or government.

Gov. Failin' apparently thinks this word means "philosophy" or "ideology," judging from her response.

  • Yeah, you probably didn't know what the Bush Doctrine was, either, until this interview made headlines.

  • This is why chucklenuts like you are being relegated to the dustbin of history. =)

You'd rather try to diminish the fault ("oh yeah, YOU didn't know it, either!") than admit that, yeah, she should have known the answer. Thus, you become 10 points of fail in a 5 pound bag.

For the record: I *did* know what the Bush Doctrine is. I'm in IR. I've actually WRITTEN PAPERS addressing the subject.

So, with all due respect, go fuck yourself. =)

  • @schuttegod4 You're right, I didnt know what it was, but then again, I'm not running for the second highest office in the country.

  • she is a vpilf

  • Palin is so hott, but retarded...like most hott chicks are

  • Ever two years Bush dirn gone an took his doctorine fancified it and released it like a dove of peace... he gots four, heh heh...

I learned dis from papa bear and the fox news prophets who guide us ever so gently through the confusalating stuff dat da world is full of... thank you fox for your fairs and balances, heh heh...

  • this was funny!! "word coach" hahaha

  • OMG! A contributor on FOX said it? Wow! That changes everything! They're COMPLETELY neutral and have no ideological slant AT ALL!!!!!

You're a fucking idiot, and you buy anything the right wing feeds you, no matter how stupid and inconsistent it is. No one, anywhere, EVER, said there was more than one Bush Doctrine until AFTER her interview -- and only cretins like you actually bought it.

  • there are four bush doctrines chief. Charles Krauthammer who is fox contributor on Special Report initially said it and clarified for all to see. it's shape-shifted to mean a lot of different.

  • The Bush Doctrine advocates the use of our military strength along with limited multilateralism (i.e. "coalition of the willing" as opposed to NATO- or UN-organized actions) to preempt potential future threats and promote the spread of democracy.

The most critical component, of course, is the "preemption" part, being that it goes far beyond the traditional policies of containment and deterrence and the usual standard of "clear and PRESENT danger."

    pwn'd :)
