English: The learning process related and applied to adult education is a central theme of our research. More specifically we seek to bring innovative development practices to the organizational context.
As a natural result of this work, we present the Social Learning video, originally conceived by LAB SSJ. The message reinforces the social nature of learning, showing that even when mediated by technology, we essentially learn from our interaction with others.
Português: O processo de aprendizagem relacionado e aplicado à educação de adultos é tema central de nossas pesquisas. Mais especificamente buscamos levar ao contexto organizacional práticas inovadoras de desenvolvimento.
Como resultado natural desse trabalho, apresentamos o vídeo Social Learning, concebido originalmente pelo LAB SSJ. A mensagem reforça o caráter social da aprendizagem, mostrando que, mesmo quando mediados pela tecnologia, essencialmente aprendemos da interação com outras pessoas.
