Anti-Aging Beauty Foods

This recipe will leave skin smooth, soft and glowing. It can assist with the management of weight and increase energy.

Recipe:
1cup Kefir (or you can use Buttermilk)
2 tablespoon Raw Organic Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon Acai
1-2 teaspoon of Supergreen powder
2 tablespoon agave (sweeten to taste)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup of ice cubes
Feel free to add other Superfoods to this recipe. I often will add a tablespoon of powered gogi berriies, and moringa. Maybe I will do a video about some of these other superfoods, but in the meantime do your own research.
