Building purchased for restaurant

A Downtown Toledo building near the Lucas County Arena was recently purchased by the owners of Chop House Maumee.

They plan to create an American bistro-style restaurant called Table Forty 4.

The new downtown eatery will be located at the coner of Monroe and Huron streets, across from The Blarney, Pizzapapalis and the Fifth Third Field ballpark. The structure sits in front of the AT&T building.

Table Forty 4, which will serve lunch and dinner, plans to open by November.
